[icon-discuss] changing properties of mp3 file on pc

Hope I didn't miss a step here.
This is how I change the properties of an mp3 file on the pc.
open my computer
2. navigate to mp3 file of interest
3. press alt-enter to open properties box
4. ctrl-tab to summary tab
5. tab to advanced or press alt-v
6. now arrow through the list of choices, then tab to value box and retype
to change.
7. press enter to accept changes.
