[icon-discuss] bluetooth braille display issue:

I've had my display connected to the icon but it now will not
connect. I have discovered that if I go to the bluetooth manager,
there are no devices and it doesn't even seem to look for devices. If
I go through the braille settings, it finds the device but fails to
connect. Any ideas as to what I can do?
