Hello this is Sue Ward. I am still having trouble in bridging my connections since I am on a USB connection, since my husband and I do share a connection, when the Braille Plus connects to the computer, and when I open up the control panel then use the up arrow to find network connections pull down, all of the connections are there, but when I select it, nothing happens, I even use the control up arrow and down arrow, nothing happens and also use the space bar hoping it will check that to bridge the connections, is there anything that I have to do in order to get Window Eyes to recognize what is being selected? I even put in the info with in the profile, and installed the drivers. I would love to use the Braille Plus and things for the net since am not on a wireless network. Can someone help me out here? Over all I can do everything else, except for the usb connection stuff. ----- Original Message ----- From: "tre" <strother_r@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Have you bridged the network conection? If not that may be your

Hi List:
I am out of town and stuck in a hotel room that does not have wireless.
Before I left town, I loaded the USb drivers on this computer in
anticipation of this. However, I can not g et the Braille Plus to
connect. When I look at the program list, I do see that the USB is
listed, but when I click on it, it give me an uninstall button and
thats it. When I choose USb from the BP, after about a minute of
waiting, I get a connection failed message. What am I doing wrong. I
have the disk with me if I need to reload. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Tamara
