I realize you just said it had no speech, but have you tried pressing the
status key twice? Mine stopped clicking at about 61% but it is still
downloading my update.

My Icon was installing the first update and stopped. I had no speech, and
now I can't even reboot it. I think I might need to reflash it but I don't
know how to do this.
