In short, the subject says what my problem is. I already contacted
technical support, but I want to see if anyone else has any opinions.
When my task manager didn't load by holding down the applications key,
I tried loading it from the utilities menu, which didn't work. I
figured a reboot of the system might help it, so I rebooted by holding
*+#, then tapping program 1.
That didn't work either. My next option was a reset, so I held the
reset button down for about five seconds. That didn't work.
I tried a reflash next, which also didn't work, so I called technical
support at levelstar.
They gave me some instructions, which I'm not going to get to detailed
with, but basically they involved taking the battery out of the icon,
and leaving it out for about fifteen minutes, an hour, interesting
things like that.
Michael thinks something might be wrong with the bootloader, so do I,
because even after waiting about thirty seconds, I never heard the
hard drive spin up.
Anyone have any ideas before I send it back to levelstar?
