[icon-discuss] Still trying to update

Hi all,
I tried several times to update last night. A couple of times I got to
where it said software complete. I did what Mark and Jenny suggested and
deleted folders starting with tmp and the updates folder.
I'm downloading for about the fifth time I thinkI've been downloading for
about fifteen minutes and it says it's at 11 percent.
How long should this take, and when it's done how long should I wait before
I know it's done?
