[icon-discuss] Recording Problems

Hi all.
I am having a very odd problem with my Braille Plus running Software version
1.06, build 21. This is inconsistent, and doesn't seem to have any real cause,
although if no noise happens for a few seconds or the recording starts to clip
a lot, it does this, but even that is not done all the time. Anyway, here's
what it does. The recording will stop and the braille plus will say,
"applications menu tools menu 3 voice recorder," all in rapid succession. It
saves the file, but when played, the file is silent and is only about a second
long. The file size is reported by the Braille plus as 0 bytes. Has anyone else
experienced this problem and if so, is there anything I can do to keep it from
happening? It's rather annoying because sometimes I'll be a good way into a
recording and it will stop and save what I guess is a corrupted version of the
file.
