Hi Pamela,
Reflashing did not work. I called LevelStar, and arrangements were
ultimately made for a redownload of the current software version. Now RSS
loads properly. Thanks for the assist. Hopefully, I'm set to roll now!

Hi Les:
A Reset does not erase your files. Press and hold the Reset button for at
least 10 seconds. If that doesn't solve the problem, then reflash. To
Reflash, press Star, Pound and Program 1 simultaneously. Then let upon all
keys accept the * key.

Hi,
I'm running the latest software and when I attempt to run the RSS
application, it hangs. I've stopped the application and tried to re-launch
with no success. I've done this with wireless off at first, and then turned
on wireless and it still won't start properly, nor can I close it without
stopping the application. I've also done a restart without a resolution of
the problem. Is a reset the next step, and will that erase anything I have
on the unit if resetting? Thanks.
