It's funny, I can't help much here because I leave mine plugged in all the time and use a USB keyboard as well. But, I rarely hear 100% either. Ialways hear 99%. And, as someone else said, if the unit is plugged into thepower mains, it will usually never report higher than 83% even if it is truly fully charged. When you take it off main power, you will hear 99% or 100% hopefully.
