It's funny, I can't help much here because I leave mine plugged in all the
time and use a USB keyboard as well. But, I rarely hear 100% either. I
always hear 99%. And, as someone else said, if the unit is plugged into the
power mains, it will usually never report higher than 83% even if it is
truly fully charged. When you take it off main power, you will hear 99% or
100% hopefully.

John

Subject: [icon-discuss] Question about the battery

Hi, I have only been able to get my battery on my braille plus to
charge to
100 percent once. That was Tuesday when Ifirst got it. Last
night I used
it until I heard battery low. I turned it off and fell asleep.
I plugged
it in this morning when I got up. I let it charge for 4.5 hours
only using
wirless for a few minutes. It reached 99 percent. I unplugged.
How long does it usually take to reach 100 and how often do most of
youcharge the battry?
Thanks,I love this machine.
