Sharon,
You won't have heading level navigation in a text or BRF book. As for where
you put them, you can put them in either place. if you place them in the
Library/books folder, yu can open them with the Bookshelf, if you place them
anywhere else, they will open in the Word Processor. As for finding a
particular recipe, the easiest way to do this is to use the Find command,
Control + F or press Menu, 88. Type in your search query, arrow down to the
other fields and choose your options, and press OK.

How do you navigate through a book that is text? braille? Should these
books
be put in the library folder? At first, I put them in there, and then I
took
them out and put them in the documents folder, but now after reading help,
I'm wondering if I should put them back there. Also, I downloaded a
cookbook
that is very very long. Any suggestions for finding a particular recipe
without reading the entire book? I can jump by time, but that appears to
be
the only way to jump. What keys do I push to change levels where there are
any?
