Jane,
I had a weird thing happen where it wouldn't let me enter the site unless I did
choose to remember the password. If you're sure you've entered it correctly,
try it and see if it lets you in.

I have gotten to the site and I now am having trouble getting it to take my
ID and password. I have confirmed that they are correct. I hear the letters
being spoken in the ID field. When I type my password in the field it says
there 6 characters which is correct. It asks if I want to save my password. I
answer no because I haven't gotten it to work yet.
Any thoughts?
