The only way I can use the lock switch while the Icon is in the case is if I use a fingernail. It is pretty hard to do. I was actually a bit surprised it was nylon over most PDAs that come with a fake leather case, but maybe the nylon will be more durable. I was also a bit surprised over that there's no covering over the buttons on the front, but the case sticks out a bit around the edges so maybe the front of the icon won't be bumped or damaged anyway. These are just things I noticed about the case and wondered about, they aren't complaints at all. Maybe Michael or Marc could comment on their decision to do that.
