Zack,
I can think of couple of solutions. But, I would highly recommend that you
wait till the morning and give APH a call first thing to see whther they can
walk you through exercises to determine what's exactly wrong.

Hi,
In my earlier message about this problem I should have said that I'd
done a reboot and reset, which failed to fix things.
I am a moderately experienced Linux user, and my suspicion is that the
hard drive is not mounting correctly.
I would hope I don't need to send this unit back in. I literally just
got it back from APH today after a bout with hardware issues. I was looking
forward to using it.
