Check out some of the materials from National braille Press at www.nbp.org as I've found them to be really good. They have a computer braille reference card, and I think they have a more detailed book as well. I can't speak to web braille magazines, but if you get any hard-copy braille from NLS, they generally have a page in the front of a volume where computer braille code is used that lists the codes, and what they mean.
