I have my GMail set so that my messages go into the deleted folder on the GMail Website once I receive them via the Braille Plus or computer. About once a month I log onto the web-site and delete the deleted items and the Spam.
If ever I know i have lost mail via a machine, I can always go look and most likely see and recover what I want.
