When the backup utility opens, it should say "Back up Current Application
Data, Press select to Change."  This is a bit misleading because you don't
actually want to press Select here unless you want to perform a backup.  if
you arrow down, you'll reach your list of back ups, listed by date.  If you
press Select on one of them, an options menu comes up with 2 options, 1,
Restore, and if you arrow down, 2, Delete Backup.  If this isn't what you're
getting, what exactly does the unit say when the back up utility opens?
