Yes what version of XP? The options dialog has three tabs. Hit ctrl+tab to
go to "view" tab and tab over to the list of options. Use your up and down
arrow keys to navigate the list. The "simple file sharing" option you're
searching for should be at the bottom of that list.
What options do you get in the context menu when you press shift+f10
combination after pointing to the folder that you want to share? Please
list the exact items that appear on that menu.

I'm Using Windows XP. I don't remember seeing that option in the options
menu.

Sorry I deleted your earlier message. What operating system? You will need
to make sure that "simple file sharing" is turned off under your
tools/options/view tab.

I know how to turn file sharing on on the Braille+, but when I highlight a
folder on the computer, the following check boxes are not accessible.
Share this folder on the network
Allow network users to change my files
I'm using JAWS as my screen reader. I've tried everything I know to try.
