[icon-discuss] Braille plus repair

hello,
Well, no matter how good the unit is, all i can say is that the unit will not 
go anywhere if repairs are going to take this long. i've used 3 or 4 notetakers 
beginning with the braille n' speak, and i have never incurred such a delay in 
repair down time. and i've never heard of the manufactuer not having the parts 
on hand to make the needed repairs. i was simply curious on what the problem 
was. but it's apparent that the problem is ongoing with no end in sight.
