Earlier today, I went into the bookshelf to unpack some files I had in the import folder. The Braille Plus announced the first file that it was unpacking. I pressed status twice to check the status, and nothing happened. I had to reset the BP several times with still no results. I deleted the files from the import folder, and the bookshelf worked just normal. Now, when I try to download any files off of the bard site from NLS, the BP completely locks up, and no, my keypad switch is not in the locked position. The BP keeps making a bunch of hard drive clicking noises (not the web browser clicking noises, but some grinding noises and some humming noises) but doesn't do anything if I try to download any file. Each time I try to download a file, the BP becomes less and less responsive until I finally reset it yet it again, and now I'm getting no response. What do I need to do, since I can't get this repaired anymore?
