I just want to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone at LevelStar and APH for being so patient with all of us who are trying to download this wonderful new software. Thanks, also, to all of the other listers who have asked so many great questions. I certainly wasn't brave enough to even attempt the update until late yesterday afternoon Pacific time. I managed the first two portions of the update relatively smoothly but had difficulty with the server hanging on 1.1. However, when I began the download after a reset about midnight Pacific time this morning, the download and installation went incredibly quickly and smoothly.
