Hello everyone,
We have released 0.9.4. It is on the update server so grab it and try it
out. See below for the changes in the release.
For anyone who is unable to download the update using the wireless please
call me for instructions on how to get the update file. Also if you have
previous used the alternate method everything is the same except the
filename. It is now 0.9.4.upd.
1. You can add new periodicals and download issues from them.
2. Email is working properly. New email users can open email and
send/receive is working as it should.
3. Alarms will now wake up the Icon and beep so the Icon can be used as an
alarm clock if you want too.
4. We added details in the status menu under wireless control panel. Press
options and select details. This gives your ip address and mac address
along with a few other things.
5. We have added report a problem to the utilities menu. If you have a
hang or a problem with the media player updating the catalog for example: go
to this option. It will ask for your name and a description of the problem.
Please give as much detail as you can think of. When you finish the Icon
will ask if you want to save the report to your hard drive or send it to
LevelStar. If you chose the option to send it to us it takes just a few
seconds to complete. If your wireless is not connected it places the zip
file on your hard drive so you can move it manually.
6. The word document importer and rtf importer have been fixed for this
version.
7. You should be able to move feeds in the rss reader.
