Dear Members of ICEVI-Europe,
INS HEA (The National Higher Education Institute for Teacher Training
and Research for Special Needs Education) in partnership with
Universcience is excited to send you the program (French and English
versions) of its Paris Conference « Touch to learn, touch to communicate
» which will be held on March 17-19 2016. We hope many colleagues will
be able to participate.

There will be a translation (French-English in all the plenaries and in
each round table).
The programme of March 19th, which will be open to a larger public, is
forthcoming.
The scientific committee selected also poster presentations from
several countries.
The venue of the conference is in the Science Museum in Paris
