Note that BIRD 188 was accepted in an IBIS Open Forum vote January 6,
2017. BIRD 188.1 had been submitted in December but not posted, due to an
oversight on my part. Now posted, it will become eligible for revote as a
replacement for BIRD 188. For the time being both BIRD versions are listed
on the BIRDs page <http://ibis.org/birds/> .
