Thanks for posting the BIRD.
I just want to add that in addition to the decision to submit this BIRD to
the IBIS Open Forum, the IBIS-ATM committee also voted today to recommend
BIRD147.6 to be accepted by the IBIS Open Forum when it takes a vote on it.
