Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 24 JAN 2023 meetings were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to
approve the minutes. Weston Beal seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.

AR review:
- Bob will follow up with Atul regarding the DLL platform problem.

- Bob will email Graham Kus about generating additional Mac executables of
ibischk.

- Bob will contact David Banas about creating Mac executables of ibischk7.

Discussion:
a. IBISCHK711 Executable Upload Progress â updated ibischk7 folder
Bob is now waiting for the user guide. Maybe David Banas can help with
creating Max executables. [AR] Bob will contact him about this idea.
b. Pending BUG regarding Platform in AMI (ask Atul for advice)
There has been some email discussion about this this week. The error is
detected on a dynamically linked library, but not on statically linked.
[AR] Weston ask Atul about 2 levels of DLL checking.
c. New IBISCHK720 Parser Development Specification and Contract Quote
Atul sent a quote of time and cost. [AR] Bob will update the contract and
submit it for signatures.
d. Quality Specification and checklist power aware discussion

Weston got some input during the IBIS summit meeting. He will contact
those who had interest to see if they have more input for the
specification. Randy said that Mic Shaeder explained to him before the
meeting that the composite current table values should start at 0 when
V_fixture = 0. Even small current values can add up to an erroneous
current flow in a multi-buffer simulation.
