No patents were declared.

During Opens, Bob Ross mentioned that Michael Mirmak had earlier sent
out a list of ten IBIS-ISS items to the IBIS editorial list, and
suggested they be added to the IBIS-ISS tracking list.

Arpad Muranyi suggested the team move more quickly through the listed
items, to use the time available more efficiently.

Michael reviewed the list of changes in the tracking list, paying
special attention to items of concern for Bob Ross and Radek Biernacki.

Of particular interest were removal of the "wp" parameter for W-elements
(or combining it with the INCLUDEGDIMAG as a requirement); confirming
Radek's item #16, which may have listed two or three sub-items; and confirming
that no dependence exists between Rsgnd, Lgnd and Rognd for W-elements.

Additional items were classified during the meeting and will be reflected
in the rev. 0.3 change list.
