Maybe the 3rd slide would be best to show power. If the signals on the 4th
slide looked just like ones from the first two slides I would say keep
them, but not if they are just something else . If there is any ability to
control the colors used, it might help to find a consistent scheme. For
this reason I would choose 1 and 3 so that the green color is used only
for power. I like all of these images though.

Subject: [ibis-interconn] Additional package drawings
I added two slides of a BGA package (3 and 4). Slide 3 shows a power net
with one ball and four pads. Slide 4 adds a couple of signal nets in case
that adds to the clarity of the image. I have not added any labeling yet.
