All,
I am enclosing ver6_2_draft_rev2_wmk.docx which is 6.1 with editorial
changes made in posted ver6_2_draft_rev1.docx, with the latest form of the
proposed changes from ATM, Interconnect and Editorial that I think should
end up in 6.2. Although there has been no final agreement on all of these
changes, I think they are a fair representation of what many of us think
needs to be incorporated in the final version of 6.2. We can choose to
wordsmith or make functional changes in this group, or request that ATM
or Interconnect wordsmith or make functional changes. We can request that
these changes be split up into several BIRDs to be approved first, or a
composite BIRD to be approved, or we may decide to submit a version of
this document in toto as a BIRD.
I do think it is important to see all of the changes together to make sure
that the end product will address the referencing of voltage measurements,
and the cleanup of the document to enable the Interconnect and C_comp
BIRDs to continue relying that will be 6.2 approval as a prerequisite.
