Hi,
I'm using tilda (https://github.com/lanoxx/tilda) terminal (a pull down
type terminal emulator), which after the 4.12 update always open as a
floating + sticky window.
I tracked down the issue and found that it started after the following
commit.

I'm not sure if this is a issue with i3 or something that tilda has to
address. Can some one please help me to understand the issue and what
information I need to provide to i3 and/or tilda devs to get this resolved?
