Hi,
I just updated my OpenBSD install (I follow -current) and I'm seeing a
problem with 4.12.
My normal user account was hanging when I did a startx from the console (my
normal way to start X). Just in case it was a configuration issue, I
created a new fresh user account, was able to startx with the default
config (cwm - felt like it was 1993 all over again <grin>) then I created a
simple .xinitrc:
exec /usr/local/bin/i3
Launched again (startx) and saw the hang.
I changed that to include the -V switch to see if I could get any debugging
output, I didn't get much.
The last line was [libi3] libi3/font.c X11 root window dictates 96.094581
DPI
Any ideas what I can do to troubleshoot / fix this?
