If you have a RPM system, the easiest install I see is here:
http://www.codeweavers.com/wine/download.html

Then type winesetup and it will go through a very cool wine configuration.

It will go through creating a directory and setting up the virtual drives.  
Then you can install Dreamweaver, make sure you have the install stuff in 
those virtual drives.  I'm not sure how it will turn out, but give it a shot 
and let us know what turns up.  We may need to copy DLL's too the fake drives 
if it complains too much.
