Survey says "Yes".
Looks like "Cheese" (http://www.gnome.org/projects/cheese/) is the application
you're looking for. I don't have a webcam/macbook with nifty little cam, but
from what I've read Cheese is very Photobooth-like. Also, note, that it's a
gnome app (yay gnome!).
