Technically speaking, Erich is selling this himself as he has possession and it
as been eFA-10’ed to him.
Given the technology and general state of the gun, I would expect this is a
pre-1994/pre-ban gun. If that is the case, it is MA compliant. If not,
remember the two magic words “discoverable evidence” in regards to NES posts.
