[hipl-users] first HIP aware java program

Today Jaakko Kangasharju successfully enabled HIP in two TCP test
applications written in java. To do this, he first developed a JNI wrapper
library for the legacy HIP resolver. Second, he added a singled line into
the java application code to override the normal java sockets. And then
(after several hours of debbugging), the first HIP enabled java program
sent data using HIP. Nice work, Jaakko!
