Currently, no.
However, we do have plans to implement a simple rendezvous server. The schedule
is still unclear.

For this you require the rendezvous server. You can't test this with HIPL
right now.

We have working base exchange (connection setup) but the mobility and
multihoming stuff is constantly changing. Currently we are lagging behind the
latest specifications. Our mobility code is based on an old draft
(draft-nikander-hip-mm-00) and will probably not work as you might expect.
