Hello all!
I fixed the bug # 90. The HIP daemon did not create a /etc/hip/hosts file. Now
the daemon generates it when hipd is started in the case that /etc/hip/hosts is
not present previously. The hosts file created by hipd includes two
commented-out HITs as examples. Of course, if the file /etc/hip/hosts exists at
the time of starting the daemon, this file remains untouched.
This code is available in the resolver branch.
