[hipl-dev] hipdnsproxy broken again

/etc/resolv.conf set to 127.0.0.53 as usual but 'service hipdnsproxy
status' reports service not available but pid file exists. Of course
'host oqo3.htt' fails. I found the following in /var/log/messages:
