I'd like to note that "get" and "add" are not well aligned:
i. hipconf add hi default => adds *all* HIs
ii. hipconf get hi default => gets the *default* HI
and also:
iii. hipconf add hi all => defunctional
iiii. hipconf get hi all => gets all HIs
The functionality in (i) should rather be in (iii) as it used to be earlier.
