First step towards the full operation of UPDATE

After the UPDATE process we are able to send ESP packets from the HIT1 to
HIT2, where HIT1 determines the peer which triggered the update
by adding a new IP addr. The resulting SA/SP however have still to be
slightly adjusted, since if from HIT2 we "ping6 HIT1" nothing
moves. As a result, the refining of SA/SP will be the next thing to take
care.
