Dear Hinoki Parents,
As announced at the 12/6 PTO meeting, Hinoki Parents Mailing List was created
to make every parent possible to send message to all parents.
HOW TO USE ML:
When you sent message to hinoki@xxxxxxxxxxxxx , it automatically sends message
to all registered e-mails. As for each address, please see the file attached.
Please use this ML when you want to ask volunteers to your working group, when
you want to invite everybody to events, and so on. But please don't use ML when
you want to send message to specific persons. In that case, please pick
addresses from attached file.
In the 12/6 PTO meeting, every attendee checked each address. Please let me
know if you want to add/change address especially who didn't check the list
yet. Also please let me know if there is any suggestion or questions. Thank you
for your cooperation.

12月6日のＰＴＯ会議でご案内させていただきましたひのき保護者のメーリングリストが完成しましたので、お知らせいたします。このリストは、誰もが気軽に皆に情報を発信できることを目的に作成されました。
hinoki@xxxxxxxxxxxxxにメールを送信すると、自動的に、添付ファイルに記載されている全メールアドレスに送信されます。学校の保護者全員に情報を配信したい場合、例えば各ワーキンググループで手伝いを募りたい場合、個人的なイベントに招待したい場合などに役立てていただければと思います。
尚、全員宛へのメールではない場合は、添付ファイルのアドレスをご参照の上、個別にメールしていただきますようお願い致します。
同会議中に追加や訂正等していただいたのですが、追加アドレスがございましたら、また何かご質問、お気づきの点などございましたら、お気軽に山本（hirokoc@xxxxxxxxxxx)までお知らせください。
