Hi all,
I'll send the minutes from last pto meeting. Please see attached file. One is
Japanese version, and the other is English version. Financial report is also
attached. You can see the report in both languages using the bottom tub. At the
last meeting, we made some working group / committees and expect more hands are
needed in addition to the school event volunteer. Please post messages if there
is any help in your working group/ committee or info to share everybody.

皆さん、こんにちは。
12/6の定例会の議事録ならびに会計報告をお送りいたします。英語版、日本語版両方ありますので、それぞれをご参照ください。今年度のこれまでの会計報告のファイルは、下のタブで言語を変えることができます。先日の会議で、新たにいくつかワーキンググループ（委員会）が立ち上がりました。各委員会で人手が足りない場合や何かシェアしたい情報などありましたら、お気軽に皆に声をかけていただければと思います。
今年も大変お世話になりました。学校でのボランティアを通じて皆さんとお近づきになれたことをとても嬉しく思っています。今後とも皆で協力して、良い学校作りに貢献していきたいと思っています。来年もどうぞ宜しくお願い致します。
