Field DETAILLINE does not accept null values. ( 1581)

Solution:
Jason: Report is Attendance Yearly... Elena resolved it previously by running
DQ tools and correcting errors. It is missing lookups.
Users are advised to run Data Quality tools to detect broken lookups links and
fix them.
On our side, we will need to wrap Lookups call with NVL() to avoid a crash. An
NVL() should yield text indicating the link is bad; e.g. a user-friendlier
version of 'Invalid Lookup link'.
