Issue
When previewing a HIFIS report, the reports toolbar may be missing preventing
the user from viewing other pages of the report or printing it. While the user
can right-click in the viewer and enable the toolbar, it does lead to many
helpdesk calls to resolve.
Solution:
Proposed Solution: Declare an object reference to the ReportListener object and
set the toolbar to visible and run the report passing the modified listener
object instead of invoking the default one. The resulting behaviour is exactly
the same, except that the toolbar will always be set to visible.
