Issue:
1- Follow up allow you to enter blanks for dates, instead of default
2- If you select Other the first time for follow up the months selection arrows
remain disabled And Client Still in Housing is not enabled, date is enabled but
not lit up
3- Follow ups allow you to enter dates before today
4- Client Still in Housing
If you select anything other then NO it says 'If client is not in housing you
should remove the reasons
i) This does not happen for NO
ii) This does happens when you switch back to yes
5- Tab order goes from city, to Postal Code, to Country, then Province
Solution:
1- Selecting period pre-fills date only if there is a start date to base it on
2- Now you can only select the period AFTER you add a new follow up record.
Everything enables as expected.
3- You could be entering a follow-up that occurred at an earlier date as long
as it is after Date Secured.
4- The prompt should only come up if you select Yes
5- Country determines available values in Province dropdown. Hence the sequence.
