Issue:
Client Details / Client: "Jump to Family Member" ICON doesn't enable upon
entering the client record. An entry has to be made and saved for it to light
up. Kind of defeats the purpose.....could get this icon to enable upon opening
the client record?
Solution:
Lisa: This is true only when you go into the Client Details through Reception,
and not through Clients in the Front Desk.
