Issue:
I requested data for a shelter set up as a transition house ( only one parent
as a resident.) under the headings "Total Number of families using shelter by
family status" the report indicated that there were four two-parent families
using shelter, even though only one parent was actually booked in. When I
changed the family status of those four families to only one parent, the report
still showed 4 two-parent families.
That same issue shows up under "Total of different People using shelter by
family statistics" and "average length of stay by family characteristics"
Solution:
HPS Report - possible miscalculation of number of two parent families, and
total number of different people, and average LOS by family. Fixed
