Issue:
The "Bulletins" report in the report module sorts the bulletins by date. That
sort is absolutely useless. The report is needed sorted by Last Name. How else
are you ever going to find something?
Don't know if you received this info before. Now that we are using bulletins
for the Hostels to Homes Program this has become an issue. Incidently, all the
hostels are invoved in HIFIS Bulletins in regards to H2H program.
Solution:
Bulletins are only optionally attached to clients. Sorting by name is not as
obvious as it may seem.
Lex: yes the bulletins report does list by date
Jason: My review found that bulletins were sorting by service provider, then
user first name, then start and end date. It is easy to add alternative sort
options including by client name. This ACER also refers to amending the Client
Profile Houshold report so bulletins for a specified client can be obtained
there also. This requires adding the bulletin detail text to that report.
