Issue:
The AD HOC Billing Report in HIFIS 2 included a Report Summary for the billing
time period. The HIFIS 3 Client Billing report doesn't. The addition of this
summary would be most useful and we would like to see the following information
:
Occupancy rate for each shelter
Number of clients served at each shelter
Average length of stay at each shelter
Statistical information like this is the most useful aspect of HIFIS to us as
an individual shelter.
Solution:
Lex: Occupancy Rate for each shelter is not covered by any report as a
percentage of bed used.
Number of clients served is given but not in Billing Reports.
Average Length of stay is generated in other reports but not in Billing Reports.
This ACER is not clear on which Client Billing Report they are referring too
Client Billing List
Client Billing Summary
Client Billing Individual
Or all three
Requested a clarification through email regarding which report or all the
Client Billing Reports.
