[HFbeacons] Sporadic E-layer report based on ionosounder data for August 10th

No real Es observed by any of the ionosounders below. Evidently, Es exists over North America - just not where the sounders are.

I checked the MUF(3000km) for Boa Vista in Venezuela and it shows high F2-layer reflections well exceeding 30MHz since 19:30z.
