[HFbeacons] HF Beacon Log from Saint Albans, VT

Beacons from the western United States were coming in well this afternoon 
(2024-04-04).  Highlights included a new beacon:

2006 28294.1 K7RQN Peoria, AZ, USA

and one keying in a rather wavering fashion on a frequency about 0.5 kHz lower 
than I’ve received it in the past:

2018 28277.2 W7UUU Burley, WA, USA
